How it Works
Every quarter we will curate a box full of goodies for you to step up your self care routine. There will be a mix of Terra & Self products, both OG and new releases; exclusive accessories and products from other Women and BIPOC owned businesses.
Then we'll ship your treat yourself subscription box off to you so that it arrives at the changing of each season..
Subscription Box Shipping Schedule
- Subscriptions purchased December 29 - March 15 will ship on March 28.
- Subscriptions purchased March 16 - June 15 will ship on June 28.
- Subscriptions purchased June 16 - September 15 will ship on September 28.
- Subscription purchased September 16 - December 15 will ship on December 28.
How often will I get a new box?
Our Treat Yourself Subscription boxes are a quarterly subscription, so you'll receive a new box every 3 months.
When will I receive my first shipment?
All subscription boxes ship on the following shipping schedule:
- Subscriptions purchased/paid December 29 - March 15 will ship on March 28.
- Subscriptions purchased/paid March 16 - June 15 will ship on June 28.
- Subscriptions purchased/paid June 16 - September 15 will ship on September 28.
- Subscription purchased/paid September 16 - December 15 will ship on December 28.
Can I choose what products I receive?
No. The puposes of these boxes is to be a surprise treat that we curate just for you. . If you'd like to pick your products, please shop all of our productsand order what you'd like for immediate shipment.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
With the Quarterly Subscription, your subscription will auto-renew every 3 months, unless otherwise notified.
Will I be notified when my next payment is processed?
Yes, you should receive an email with receipt of payment every quarter.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel before your next payment, in order to not be billed and to not receive your next box. Otherwise, f you cancel after your next unfulfilled payment, you will receive your next box you paid for but none subsquently after. Our subscription boxes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
