Shipping policy
We’re excited to get your Terra & Self order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping for all orders.
Shipping cost: $5
Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier, and are outside of our control once the package leaves our hands.
Change of Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@terraandself.com.
Once an order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. Terra & Self is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for full details.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend rejecting the delivery with the courier if possible. Please contact our customer support team at hello@terraandself.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Lost Parcels
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or the courier listed on your tracking information). Once a parcel is in the carrier’s possession, delivery issues must be handled directly with them.
