Refund policy
Your comfort (and your pits) matter to us. If something about your order doesn’t feel right, please reach out to our support team at hello@terraandself.com and we’ll do our best to make things right. If we’re unable to resolve the issue, our refund guidelines below explain what to expect.
Eligibility note: 30 day refunds are available for first time purchases only.
Faulty or Damaged Items
While rare, things can occasionally arrive damaged or not function as intended. If your item is faulty or broken, email hello@terraandself.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with photos or a video if possible, so we can assist quickly.
Incorrect Items
Mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong scent, product, or item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a photo of what you received, and the item you were expecting.
Skin Sensitivity or Irritation
Our formulas are designed to be gentle, but every body is different. If you experience irritation, discontinue use immediately and email hello@terraandself.com within 30 days of receiving your order so we can review next steps with you.
Item Not What You Expected
We work hard to accurately describe our products and scent profiles. If something feels off or not as expected, reach out to hello@terraandself.com and we’ll review your concern.
Effectiveness Concerns
When switching to a natural deodorant, some people experience an adjustment period that can last several weeks. We always recommend giving your deodorant time to settle in. If after consistent use it still isn’t working for you, and this was your first Terra & Self purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to see if you qualify for a refund.
Retail Purchases
If you purchased Terra & Self products from a retail partner or stockist, please contact the retailer directly regarding their refund and return policy. Each retailer has their own policies, and refunds or exchanges for in store purchases are handled by them.

Cancellations
Orders (One Time & Subscription)
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as orders move quickly through our fulfillment process. If you need help, email hello@terraandself.com as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to assist.
Subscriptions
To cancel or adjust a subscription, you must contact hello@terraandself.com
at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment. Requests made within 48 hours of processing are not guaranteed once the order has been placed.

Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for changes of preference or orders that were not canceled in time. Returns are only accepted for faulty items or in exceptional circumstances.
Please contact hello@terraandself.com before returning anything. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be approved before being sent back.

If your first Terra & Self purchase doesn’t work out, you may be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We ask that you give the product a fair try and allow us the opportunity to help troubleshoot before issuing a refund. Reach out to hello@terraandself.com and we’ll take it from there.
